Firstly, you should know about English is not compulsory for UPSC interview. Aspirants writing their Main examination in English language, but their interview medium can be Hindi or such languages. During form filling they ask for your medium of interview. So, you can apply for Hindi also. It doesn't matter which language you speak and how you speak, it is basically what you speak, what is your thought process and how do you think about a particular issue as your reactions are more important than the language. But if you want to improve your English and become fluent during an interview You should speak slowly. You should use simple sentences. And don't bother if you're making grammatical mistakes don't go back to fix them. The interview board will not bother you. They will listen to you patiently.

According to IBPS PO is much better than RRB PO in many ways.
1- Eligibility Criteria: For IBPS PO candidates need to have a graduation degree in any stream and must be aged between 20 and 30 years of age. Whereas for RRB PO, a candidate must hold a graduation degree and must be proficient in the local language.
2- Selection Procedure: Both the government sector banks have three stages in their selection procedure, I. e. , preliminary, Mains, and interview. For IBPS Bank: The interview is conducted by participating organizations and coordinated by Nodal Bank. In the case of RRB PO, the interview is coordinated by Nodal Regional Rural Banks with the help of NABARD.
3-Exam Pattern of Preliminary: The prelims exam for IBPS PO includes English . Language, Reasoning Ability, and Quantitative Aptitude. Whereas the prelims exam for RRB PO includes reasoning and Numerical Ability.
4-Exam Pattern of Mains: The IBPS PO Mains paper consists of five subjects, which are Reasoning, English . Language, Quantitative Aptitude. General Awareness, and Computer Knowledge. RRB PO Mains has the same subjects as RRB PO, but you can choose Hindi instead of English .
5-Career Advancement: An IBPS PO can advance to the level of Executive Director, Chief Managing Director of Commercial Banks, and Deputy Governor of the Reserve Bank of India. In the RRB PO, you can expect a promotion to Chief Manager after 35 years of service, which is extremely limited.
6-Posting Locations: The matter of posting and frequent transfers are the major parts of the IBPS PO job profile. You can post in either rural or urban areas. Whereas RRB PO people will be posted in rural or semi-urban areas. This job profile allows you to be posted in your hometown in less time than IBPS PO. IBPS PO is posted in a commercial bank and is more versatile in comparison to RRB PO.
7- Salary and Benefits: The starting salary for an IBPS PO is INR 38703 plus HRA. RRB PO in-hand salary ranges from 29000 to 33000 with 100 percent DA. Other perks associated with RRB PO are TA, medical benefits, HRA, newspaper reimbursement, etc.

Both exams are not easy to crack. But seeing the current scenario and increasing competition day by day IBPS PO is tough as compared to RRB PO. While the paper pattern of RRB PO is quite the same, and the questions' difficulty levels are moderate. The cut-off for the IBPS PO varies between 60, while that for the RRB PO went high to 80. So from the cut-off, one can understand the difference in the level between the two recruitment examinations. In the new pattern of the RRB PO preliminary exam, there will be no questions in English. You will have it only for the Mains. While in IBPS PO English comes in both preliminary and Mains. The IBPS PO and RRB PO are both banking exams for the Probationary post. Recruitment of IBPS PO is done in a general three-step process.
1-Preliminary exam (Written).
The IBPS PO pre-exam will be conducted online and candidates are allocated a total duration of 1 hour to complete the pre-exam.
The IBPS PO pre consists of 3 sections with a total of 100 ques and a maximum score of 100 marks. There is a negative marking in the pre-exam and 1/4th of marks are deducted for each wrong answer. It is necessary to clear the cut-off in all 3 sections to qualify for the PO Main exam.
2-Mains exam (written).
Introduction to Descriptive Paper: Candidates will be given an essay and a letter to write that will be worth 25 points and must be completed in 30 minutes.
The reasoning section is combined with the Computer Aptitude section, and this entire section will contain 45 questions for a total of 60 marks.
In the objective tests, incorrect answers will be penalized by a 1/4 mark.
The overall time allotted for the IBPS PO 2022 Mains Objective Exam is 3 hours and 30 minutes.
The tests of reasoning ability and computer aptitude, English language proficiency, and data analysis and interpretation are divided into two parts: Section A and Section B. All questions in both sections (A and B) are mandatory. Some questions will be worth 2 marks, and some questions will be worth 1 mark.
3: Interview.
When students are cleared of the first two rounds, then they are eligible for the interview round.
Candidates who qualify for the Mains Exam are finally called for the Interview Process by IBPS. The Interview Process will constitute 100 marks and the minimum mark for qualifying in this round will be 40 percent which is reduced to 35 percent for students belonging to SC, ST, OBC, and PWD categories.
The basic requirement to appear for the IBPS PO exam is a Bachelor's degree in any stream, and other qualifications accepted as equivalent to a Bachelor's degree, such as AMIE, departmental courses from the government, etc., are also allowed.
Students have to specify the percentage obtained at graduation while filling in the online application. Also, the candidates being awarded cumulative grade point averages have to convert the same into a percentage. Calculation of the percentage must be done to the nearest two decimals. The fraction of the percentage arrived at will be ignored, i.e., 54.99 percent will be treated as less than 55 percent, and 59.99 percent will be treated as less than 60 percent.
