Hi Banoth,
Yes, you can study abroad, but I think your percentage is a bit low. For this, you have to visit various sites of foreign universities and see their required percentage of marks. Good Luck.

Hi Vishnu Sharma,
Age limit is not specified in the admission procedure. And hopefully, it has been discontinued by the orders of the Supreme Court.

If you haven't already started preparing I would suggest starting right away. The best way to prepare is to solve old question papers and have a good understanding of your class 12th syllabus. Only you know your strength and weaknesses so plan accordingly.

Hello,
The subjects for which calculator is allowed are Mathematics Level 1 and Mathematics Level 2. You must put it away when not taking a mathematics test. A scientific or graphing calculator is necessary for these tests. We recommend using a graphing calculator rather than a scientific calculator

To be honest, there is no such book that covers all aspect of JEE. But for beginners, the NCERT books will help especially their 'miscellaneous' sections. Also, you can refer to RD Sharma for Maths and Agrawal for Physics and Chemistry.
