Executive MBA (EMBA) is an intensive one-year residential or distance learning or combination of residential & distance learning programme created specifically for professionals with 5 years or more work experience. EMBA provides students with the same solid foundation in key management concepts and disciplines as a two-year full-time MBA. Regular MBA is preferable. Executive MBA is for candidates with work experience and altogether serves a different purpose.

EMBA regular from a top BSchool will definitely give a big push to your career. You are advised to do EMBA from ISB Hyderabad or legacy IIMs.

Yes, you can as not every executive MBA program requires GMAT, but they will need an extraordinary profile and extensive work experience. Check University of Sydney's Global Executive MBA. You must research by browsing different university websites for entry requirements.
