• Application Submission: When you apply online to GIBS, you are required to upload scanned copies of all necessary documents, which explicitly includes the entrance exam scorecard.
• Interview/Selection Process: The entrance exam score is a key part of the initial shortlisting process (often given a specific weightage, like 40%) for the Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI) rounds. Therefore, a valid score needs to be on file with your application before you are invited for these later stages.
• Final Admission: Original documents, including the scorecard, are required for physical verification at the time of final admission to confirm your seat.
