Candidates with the required educational qualifications as prescribed by FCA MRIIRS are eligible for admission to BCA courses. The aspirants who have passed Class 12 or equivalent examinations with at least 50% aggregate can apply. The mentioned aggregate should have been obtained in aggregate in the five subjects, including English as a compulsory subject along with four subjects with the highest score out of the remaining subjects.

Candidates applying for a BSc course of Faculty of Computer Applications - MRIIRS have to submit educational and other important certificates. These documents are required to verify the details provided in the application form. For admission to the BSc courses offered by FCA, MRIIRS, it is important that the aspirants fulfil the course-specific eligibility requirements. As per the official website, aspirants who have passed Class 12 or equivalent exam pass with a minimum of 50% aggregate in five subjects, including English as a compulsory subject along with four subjects with the highest score out of the remaining subjects. The eligibility criteria for the Master of Computer Applications (MCA) programme at the Faculty of Computer Applications, Manav Rachna, are as follows:

Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in computer Science or computer applications with an overall mark of 50% or equivalent from a recognised university, which must be recognised by AICTE or UGC or equivalent.

Candidates must have 12th grade math as one of the subjects.

The MCA programme is of two-year duration with additional feature of lateral entry system into the second year of MCA – programme for the students with BCA/BSc (IT)

Candidates are eligible to take admission to BCA without being from Mathematics backgrounds. Even those from Humanities and Medical background are eligible for BCA. But for MCA, Mathematics in Class 12 or UG-level is the minimum requirement.

For admission to PhD at Faculty of Computer Applications MRIIRS, candidates are required to pass any master’s degree with a minimum of 55% aggregate in relevant subject/stream.
