Yes The WB Natioanl University of Juridical Sciences offers better placemnets when compared to Faculty Of Law, University of Calcutta .
NUJS will provide 100% employment to its outgoing batches for the past few years. On the other hand, although many great lawyers, judges and associates in firms are alumni of Faculty of Law, CU there is a lack of alumni connect. So students have to put in a lot more effort for to get internships. On campus placements are not held in CU, students face uncertainty as to employment. Further due to the manner of teaching and the limited nature of curriculum, students from CU mostly have to go in

According to unofficial online sources, a large share of Faculty of Law, University of Calcutta alumni are placed in the Legal sector. This was closely followed by the Education and Business Development sectors. As per the report, 5,975 PG (2-year) students graduated in 2022. Out of these, 4,201 were successfully placed. The median package offered was INR 9.20 LPA.
