I feel both these universities have good reputation. I would therefore like to advise you that please select the good guide out of these two. Once you do this, your half the troubles are over. Then it's only a matter of time before you can complete your research work and will be on the way to get your coveted degree.

Only bonafide residents of Uttarakhand are eligible to apply for Pantnagar University Entrance Exam 2018 exam for UG and PG admissions (except MCA so you will not be eligible to apply for admission to GB Pant University. Govind Ballabh Pant University of Agriculture & Technology (GBPUAT) conducts Pantnagar University entrance exam in order to provide admission to candidates in MCA and UG/ PG Science courses offered by it.
