The eligibility is not much tougher than B.Tech and BE degrees in amity. For admission to BDes at Amity School of Fashion Technology, the eligibility criteria are to pass Class 12  minimum of 50% aggregate marks from a recognised institute

The Eligibility Criteria :

You can apply to the UGC NET exam for the Visual Art subject. There is no separate subject of fashion technology in UCG NET. Therefore, those who have done their Masters in the design courses may apply to the subject code 79, "Visual Art. "
You may have to study a few new topics, like the history of art, to prepare for this subject. You need to have a minimum of 55% in your MFT degree to be eligible for the UGC NET. You can check the syllabus for this subject at this Shiksha page: https://www.shiksha.com/exams/ugc-net-exam-syllabus.
