FDDI AIST exam application fee, payable to take admission into the BDes course of FDDI Hyderabad, differs by category. The application fee is INR 600 for General and OBC category students, while it is INR 300 for SC/ST/PwD category students. Candidates can make online payments using a credit or debit card. In case of delayed receipt of the application, a late fee of INR 800 will be charged for General/OBC candidates and INR 400 for SC/ST/PwD candidates. The fees mentioned above have been taken from the official website. They are still subject to change and, hence, are indicative.

Unfortunately, you cannot get admission to any of The Footwear Design & Development Institute (FDDI) without passing their FDDI AIST exam or other entrance scores they accept for different programs. Though there may be some relaxation or a quota system for different categories, but you cannot skip an entrance exam for FDDI seat.

To download the admit card, you need to visit the official website of FDDI and log in with your credentials, which include your registered email/phone no and password. After this, you can download the admit card. Remember to carry your government-issued photo ID along with your admit card to the center.

On the day of the FDDI AIST 2025 exam, the candidate must follow these rules:

  • They need to bring with them the FDDI AIST admit card and the ID proof

  • Reach the exam centre as per the mentioned reporting time

  • Follow the exam guidelines, like maintaining decorum, etc.

  • Inside the exam venue, follow the instructions of the invigilator.

  • Don’t start any new topics.

  • Do timely revision - You need to pay special attention to the difficult topics and those topics that carry maximum weightage.

  • Solve sample papers - Solve a few sample papers leading up to the exam

  • Take mock tests

If the candidate doesn’t accept the seat allocated to him or her during FDDI AIST 2025 counseling, the allotment will be canceled.

Also, the seat in that case will be allocated to the candidate next in the order of merit.

So, it is the responsibility of the candidate to pay the seat-acceptance fee by the given deadline.
