The FDDI AIST 2025 entrance exam will be conducted as a paper-based exam and will be of three hours duration. The question paper will be multiple-choice based. The B.Des paper will include questions from topics like Quantitative Aptitude, Verbal Ability, General Awareness, and Business Aptitude Test & Design Aptitude Test.
The candidate needs to follow the exam pattern when preparing for the exam. Also, make sure to stick to the official syllabus and important topics.

The deadline to pay the fee is July 15, 2025.
The counseling fee has to be paid at the time of seat allotment. The fee will has to be paid by candidates who have been alloted seats.
Note that the allotment of seats will be as per the FDDI AIST 2025 merit rank. If the candidate fails to meet the cut-off criteria, he or she will not be offered admission.

Candidates who are allotted seats for admission to the various undergraduate and postgraduate design couses through FDDI AIST 2025 has to report at the allotted campus by the given deadline.
The allotment of seats will be as per the FDDI AIST 2025 merit rank. Also, all allotted candidates need to pay the seat-confirmation fee within the given deadline.
The FDDI AIST 2025 exam will be conducted around the 2nd week of May 2025.

The application fee for the FDDI AIST 2025 exam will be category specific:
- General and OBC categories - INR 600
- SC, ST, and PwD categories - INR 300
The application fee has to be paid in online mode using net banking, credit or debit cards. Also, one needs to pay the fee applicable for their respective categories.

The application form for the FDDI AIST 2025 exam will OPEN in online mode around the 4th week of October 2024. The candidate has to follow these steps to fill the form:
- Get registered using a valid email id and mobile number
- Fill the form which will have various fields like personal, academic, and contact details.
- Upload photograph and signature
- Pay the relevant application fee.
- Submit the form.
The General/OBC (Non Creamy)/GEN-EWS Category has to application fees of INR 600, while SC/ ST/ PWD Category need to pay INR 300. The application fee is non-refundable and has to be paid online.

The Footwear Design & Development Institute (FDDI) will release the admission shedule for the FDDI AIST 2025 entrance exam on its official admission website. As per the previous admission shedule, the FDDI AIST 2025 exam is likely to be conducted in the 2nd week of May 2025.
The mode of the exam will be computer-based.
The application form for FDDI AIST 2025 will open in October 2023. Eligible candidates need to apply before the last date.

FDDI conducts the All India Selection Test (AIST) to shortlist candidates for admission to professional programmes in Footwear Design, Leather Goods & Accessory Design, Fashion Design and Retail & Fashion Merchandise. FDDI AIST 2024 entrance exam scores will be used for admission to bachelor's, Masters and integrated programmes at FDDI.
