Govt. schools of theatre and acting are a rare commodity in Jaipur. The Jawahar Kala Kendra (JKK) is a government-funded project devoted to cultural activities, organizing theatre-related workshops and short-lived acting courses through its Rangayan project. Admission requires 10+2 with 50% marks, although auditions or merit-based selection may also apply. No other significant government acting schools
