Unlike BBA Course, all BCom courses admission selection process is different at Christ University Bangalore apart from BCom Strategic Finance. While all other BCom courses admissions are purely based upon applicants 12th Marks, for BCom Strategic Finance student will undergo 5 stage selection process.
CHRIST University is introducing the BCom (Strategic Finance Honours) programme from this academic year. This means no previous data or stats are available for the reference. However as mentioned before, all BCom courses selection process is same which is as below.

BBA is far better than B.Voc because it gives a wide range of options after its completion. Besides, it is acknowledged and very well known in the corporate world. B.Voc on the other hand is limited up to its specialisation only. Recruiters and hiring officials hardly know the existence of B.Voc and hence remain in doubt whether the student who pursued B.Voc is eligible and capable to sustain in the job market or not. The salary package of MBA finance depends from which institution you are doing that for example if you are doing from the top 50 MBA finals in last two three years the average package will be between 20 to 30 Lacs rupees and it is the CTC and the minimum is around minimum is around 5 to 6 LPA and the highest has gone to 40-50 LPA.

For UGC NET one can choose subject studied at PG level or subject the nearest to your PG subject. You can choose management / commerce/ economics. After qualifying for NET while applying for teaching jobs your PG subjects are considered. Best wishes.

Yes, B.Sc. Finance is a good option for you. You must not wait for the BBA (Mumbai ) programme. Just grab the opportunity you have got because finance is a good choice and must accept the admission for B.Sc. Finance. So just don't wait and grab the opportunity as soon as it is possible.
