Finance and marketing both have good scope, go for the specialisation you like that is if you have interest in financial market or fintech you can go for finance and if you have interest in market research, branding, analysing customer behaviour, spreading awareness then marketing is good.

Without a GMAT score, it can be challenging to recommend universities, and you omitted to include your academic standing. Your spending limit is reasonable.
