Yes, both are different. Financial analytics in the finance function has to do with analysing the 3 big financial statements (the balance sheet, income statement, and statement of cash flows) within a company. Dear Sandeep,
Firstly, the requirement of Financial Modelling is very much even at Bachelor's level. However, it may (or may not) be necessary to have certification on Financial Modelling. Secondly, since you are willing to take your major as Finance and minor as business analyst, you will be taught the business modelling as a part of your course. Although, if you have much deeper interest in that, it is advisable to go for it. Learn Data Analytics, Financial Modelling etc. Hope this helps. Upvote that if it's your answer. Good Luck.
