Flytech offers CPL and AME, but I am not sure about B.Sc in aviation.

B.Sc in aerospace engineering? Normally speaking, all the engineering courses are of 4-year duration. Are you eligible for license exam of DGCA? You will get job only after you clear this exam. Starting salaries are about Rs. 50 KPM.

Student Pilot License (SPL) & Private Pilot License (PPL) are intermediate stages of Commercial Pilot License Training.
You will be issued an SPL by the flying club after some hours of ground classes and an internal exam. Thereafter you shall become eligible to start flying training.

Yes, it is. You just have to take up the entrance examinations of respective colleges and if you can crack them, it will fetch you a seat for sure.
