Agriculture course will teach you everything about farming/ agriculture. Whereas, food preservation is processing of agriculture produce. Both these streams have good scope. If you have some ancestral agriculture land, you should go for agriculture, since you will be exploit land scientifically. Else, you should go for food preservation.
