The application fee needs to be paid at the last step of the form. The fee is different for different streams, years and categories. This application fee is not generally refundable. Once you have paid the application fee you cannot ask for refund even if you don't want to move further with the application process.

After filling all the details & uploading the required documents, the students need to pay the fee at the last step. Once the fee is paid, the application is successfully submitted.

Yes, you can totally do B.Tech Food Tech as a PCB student! You don't necessarily need Math for all colleges
Look into NIFTEM (Kundli/Thanjavur)—those are the top government spots. Also, make sure to give the CUET (ICAR) exam, as that's the main way PCB students get into government food tech programs
You might have to take a basic 'remedial math' class in the first year, but after that, it's all about food Science and biology
To be honest, one of my close friends struggled a lot in the first year.
