You can explore Central Universities like Central University of Punjab, Central University of Haryana or Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University, which offer B.Sc in Food Technology. Admission depends on your CUET score and subject combination. You can also check the CUET college predictor or visit each university's official website for exact cut-offs for B.Sc in food technology

In Trivandrum, you can pursue B.Sc. Food Technology at University College (Palayam) or Sree Narayana College (Chempazhanthy). These are affiliated with Kerala University, admit via +2 Science merit (usually 50%), and offer a 3-year CBCS-based curriculum. Seats are limited, so apply early through KU's centralized admissions portal.

Yes, there will be entrance exams for both Psychology and Microbiology in 2026 and 2027. Most central and many state universities take admission through CUET-PG for both courses. Apart from CUET, some universities like TISS, BHU, and a few state universities may conduct their own entrance exams. So, if you're planning for either subject, you'll have options to apply through national-level or university-level exams.

You don't really study how to cook or prepare food in the BTech in Food Technology course; rather, you learn about the engineering and scientific fundamentals involved behind food production, packaging, and distribution to make sure the food has nutritional value, is safe for consumption, and meets the desired quality standards. You get to the root of the entire lifecycle of food, from raw materials and processing to production and packaging.
