GLBIMR is offering 4 certification programs to the students as a part of the curriculum: Digital Marketing Certificate course, Advance MS Excel certification, Lean Six Sigma Certification, Entrepreneurship Certification Course Lectures by faculty members introduce concepts, techniques, issues and motivate exchange of individual views. Students are expected to have a high level of preparedness with sensitivity to others' point of view. Management cases are regularly discussed by faculty members in their respective courses and hence become an integral part of the learning experience for students. Students in small groups are motivated to develop presentations on vital and current issues in business of national and international level. In addition to our full-time and part-time faculty, eminent people from business, industry and academics are invited to address students on regular basis. Foundation, Application, Integration and Reinforcement (FAIR) model is being adopted to make GLBIMR distinct from other Business School. To implement FAIR model, papers taught are designed to incorporate fundamental concepts followed by the application and subsequent integration with real life business problems. The syllabus is reviewed and analyzed every year to maintain track on latest trends in industry and research.
It is a very good college for PGDM. At GLBIMR, they are having dual specialization PGDM programme. It has been consistently ranked amongst the best B-Schools in UP by ASSOCHAM, Education Post & CSR. They offer value-added certification to students like digital marketing, lean six sigma, entrepreneurship certification, BSE. At GLBIMR, they offer global academic exposure through an international exchange program. They have a consistent record of 100% placements since inception. The highest package is Rs 10.42 lakhs per annum and average package is Rs 4.5 lakhs per annum.

Yes, companies like Coca Cola, Make My Trip, SMC Global Securities, HDFC, ICICI, Axis Bank, Agro Tech visits college frequently for placements, trainings and guest lectures which provides very good industry exposure to the students.

Faculty
Faculty is superb exposure and experienced. The USP of the college is that whole faculty is IIM passout, it gives epic exposure to the students as well. Faculty makes sure that students volunteer different events and initiate new things.

Learnings from the influential faculty gave me a different perspective all together. Marketing & Sales professor is the best teacher I have had till date. Case Studies are the key for a practical learning. Be prepared to go out all guns blazing and the 'thing' you get in return will be the return you will be cherishing for the entire life. About the college: The Place is also favored because of the accessibility to the city by rail, road and air. A good communication system to the place makes students from far and wide to come and join the curriculum and stay on in the city for good careers. The job opportunities are immense but also the facility of summer training and project works are also many.
Placement wise is also excellent because the average salary package college is providing is Rs. 6-7 lakh per annum to each student. This year axis bank placed 3 students at Rs. 8.5 lakh per annum and ICICI bank with Rs. 6.5 lakh per annum salary packages and 100% students are placed. It's believed that the prime responsibility of college is to ensure that all its students find placement in well-known corporates as per their specialization and ability. All the students of our class got a paid summer internship from campus ranging from Rs 15,000-20,000 per month.
