Yes, you can join the course with ease as, a female with the age between 18 to 25 can apply for the frankfinn Diploma in hospitality travel and customer services. The minimum height requirements are 5 foot 2 inches. One must be unmarried with normal eyesight of 6/6 uncorrected vision in each eye. Further, good hold over English and Hindi in addition with a foreign language will be a good advantage for one. The male counterpart of air hostess, the flight purser, should fulfill the minimum height requirements that are 5 foot and 3 inches and should be a graduate below the age of 26.

You don't need any of these institutes.
Institutes like these wouldn't make much of a difference while you apply for an airline.
Every airline has their own training, and they don't care or give any additional priority if you have been in one of these institutes. Airlines have about 4-7 weeks rigorous training, with highly qualified instructors.
It's simply a lot of money for no good reason, the hype around these institutions are simply ridiculous.
You rather focus on being the perfect candidate for the job, and this can absolutely be done at home. We have the Internet to get all the information in the universe that we need, and trust me,

Hello Prachi,
Frankfin is a very reputed name for training in cabin crew and also aircraft maintenance areas. This and all similar institutions have a syllabus that is set by the University since it's the university which will be giving degree of BSc in AME. You can get complete syllabus from Frankfin or the concerned university.

Frankfinn and APTECH both are good, but Frankfinn Institute is best. Frankfinn Institute is best institute for Air Hostess and Hospitality Management courses.
