You can opt for a distance MBA course, where in you can continue with your job & simultaneously pursue education as well. This will definitely help you to grow your career once you complete your Masters in Management degree. There are many good options from where you can pursue MBA through distance. Both are good institution for hospital management but FIEM is more renowned than IMS hence I would like to suggest u FIEM.

It depends upon which college do you want to go to.
As of now, to get IT in top 5 colleges under WBJEE 2018, one needs to secure a rank within 5k to 6k.
And for Jadavpur University, the rank should be under 500. Best of luck. Hope you will get your best.
