Yes, if you pursue B.Tech you would be studying gaming as well as designing too. More over the colleges these days have introduced the concepts of major and minor subjects. You can surely take additional subjects in college. Hi Vishal, Sorry to breakout this but you can not join any gaming industry until you do not have your preowned family business setup, where you can learn and experience the practical on workstation. If you are layman and there is no god father in the gaming Industry. Then you must study and become graduate for entering into the Gaming Industry. You have chosen a right career. If you really wish to become a video game developer and a big name in the same gaming production forte. Then you can proceed with 4 years degree programme. Yes, you can do it. As per UGC guidelines, a student pursuing a degree programme under regular mode may be
allowed to pursue a maximum of one certificate/diploma/advanced diploma/PG diploma programme simultaneously either in regular or open and distance mode in the same university or from other institutions.

If you are totally interested in game design, you have gaming colleges in Bangalore and Hyderabad. If not animation doesn't cope with games , animation is totally different compare with game design.
