As an affiliated institution of the University of Delhi, Gargi College follows the reservation policy adopted by the university while admitting students to its Bachelor of Arts programme. Following is the distribution of seats in the college for different categories:

  • Scheduled Caste (SC)
  • Scheduled Tribe (ST)
  • OBC: Other Backward Classes
  • Economically Weaker Sections: EWS

No, BA seats at Gargi College cannot be availed without the Common University Entrance Test. Admission to all undergraduate programmes at Gargi College, including BA, is strictly on the basis of CUET scores.
For admission to the BA course, candidates have to register for CUET, appear for the examination, and obtain a valid score. Thereafter, applicants can apply through the portal of DU CSAS by selecting Gargi College and their preferred BA course.
