The documents required for admission to GITAM Deemed to be University Hyderabad are as follows:-
- Academic documents- Marksheets of 10th and 12th grade, bachelor's degree, and master's degree (if applicable).
- Identification documents- Aadhaar card, passport, driving license, voter ID card, PAN card, or school or college ID card
- Other documents- Scanned photograph, medical certificate, hall ticket or score card of a national level test, physical fitness certificate (if applicable), and no objection certificate from current employer (for part-time PhD).
Students are also required to pay INR 1,200 as an application fee.

The entrance exams accepted by GITAM Deemed to be University Hyderabad for admission to Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharma) are the GITAM Admission Test (GAT), TS EAMCET, and GPAT.
Candidates are also required to have a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in 10+2 exams from any recognised board. The required subjects are Mathematics, Biology, Physics, and Chemistry.

They provide students with all the necessary resources, including books, infrastructure, and well-trained faculty members.

No, you can not get direct admission in B.Tech. at GITAM Deemed to be University Hyderabad. The adimissin process is strictly based on entrance exam held by the college named GITAM Admission Test (GAT) and all students must appear for the entrance exam held each year. To be eligible for GITAM Admission Test (GAT), you need to have minimum 60% (55% for CBSE & ICSE) aggregate marks or a CGPA of 6.0 in your 12th grade examination from a recognized board.

At GITAM Deemed to be University Hyderabad, the MBA program currently has around 240 seats available. This increase in intake was implemented to accommodate more candidates, which may lead to lower cut-off scores for admissions compared to previous years when the intake was only about 120 seats.
