The primary eligibility requirements for admission to the BCom (Hons) course at DY Patil Global Business School are that applicants must complete their Class 12 with a minimum aggregate of 40% (35% for reserved categories). Moreover, for the selection process, the school accepts the valid scores of the DPU All India Entrance Test, followed by a PI & counselling.

In order to be considered for the BBA course in Dr. D.Y. Patil Vidyapeeth Global Business School and Research Centre, a candidate needs to have passed Class 12 from a recognised board with a minimum of 40% marks. They need to appear for the AIET entrance exam. Candidates who qualify both on academic and entrance grounds are eligible for admission.
