The college offers BPharma and DPharma courses. The selection criteria are a mix of entrance exams and merit-based as per the respective courses. The mode of GNIT College of Pharmacy course admissions is online. Admission to various courses is based on merit and entrance exam scores. The accepted entrance exam is JEECUP.

For the B.Pharma course, satisfactory placements are offered in the pharmaceutical industries and healthcare sectors. The college has tie-ups with companies such as Cipla, Sun Pharma, and local hospitals, hence job opportunities.
Placement success differs, with usually 60-70% of students getting jobs, depending upon their performance in academics and practical skills. With an average salary package in the range of INR 2.5 Lacs to INR 4 Lacs per annum, the best candidates poise to get higher packages.
