The Candidate who have passed the BAM/Ayurvedacharya/BAMS from the colleges having CCIM recognition and BAMS degree of University of Kerala or its equivalent with 50% of marks for theory and practical separately in each subject are eligible for admission to P.G course.MD Ayurveda is a postgraduate degree in the field of medicine. The minimum required qualification to enrol in MD Ayurveda is successful completion of BAMS. MD's full form is the Doctor of Medicine and has a duration of three years. Ayurveda is an ancient medical science that originated in India around 3000 years ago. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Ayurvedic, Unani, Siddha, or Homeopathic Medicine from a recognized institution, along with a valid registration certificate
