100% scholarships that cover the entire cost of tuition are not specifically offered by the Government College of Engineering and Textile Technology Serampore (GCETTS). Based on talent and need it offers scholarships such as Oikashri (INR 10,000/year) and Swami Vivekananda (INR 60,000/year). Some students with high grades after their first year may receive full tuition waivers under Tuition Fee Waiver (TFW) schemes, which exempt tuition for a limited number of students (two TFW seats each batch, for example). Although there are state scholarships for SC, ST, and OBC students, it is uncommon to find a full grant that covers all expenses

Founded in 1908, the Government College of Engineering and Textile Technology (GCETTS), Serampore, is a governmental, not private, college. It is run by the West Bengal government and is affiliated with Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology (MAKAUT). It has also received approval from the AICTE. Yes, branch change is permitted at the Government College of Engineering and Textile Technology (GCETT) Serampore under specific conditions. The branch change policies are normally made on the basis of academic performance, seat availability, and institutional rules. Students who seek to change their branch usually must have high academic marks in their first year and then apply for transfer on merit.
