R.G. Kar Medical College & Hospital in Kolkata is a government-run public institution, currently managed by the West Bengal state government. Though it began in 1886 as Asia's first private medical college, control was officially taken over by the government in May 1958, and it's been affiliated with the West Bengal University of Health Sciences since 2003. Recognized by the National Medical Commission, it remains one of eastern India's premier government medical colleges.

Your marks are great, if you are looking for pursuing MCA then I can suggest GL Bajaj for it, as it has good MCA placements plus low intake of students in MCA means less competition, also they have a good average package of MCA students, MCA students get a little higher packages then B.Tech ones, recently Paytm came on campus and recruited 7 MCA students.
