Government engineering College, Gandhinagar is quite decent option for pursuing engineering as it is considered as government institute.
Being a government college the fees is less compared to private colleges and the placement rate seems to around 50 to 80%. The average package is in the range from 3.5 LPA to 4. Lpa.
The faculty and infrastructure of the college is good.

The JEE Main exam is conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA). It is conducted for admission to BTech in most colleges all over India, not only for the Government Engineering College, Gandhinagar. The JEE Main exam is conducted twice a year. The results for session 1 were released on February 12, 2025, and the results for session 2 were released on May 23, 2025.
