A provisional Certificate is issued by college, university, institutes. A provisional Certificate officially prove that, you have completed your respective qualification or a task. Any provisional Certificate is valid till the Original Degree or Certificate issued by college, university, institutes. In some cases date of validity of provisional Certificate is printed on it. But in such case respective, college, university, institutes is / are bound by law to provide Original Degree or Certificate before expiring the validity date of Provisional Certificate. So Provisional Degree Certificate is enough to apply for any job, license registration, and admission for further education. But, when you get original degree Certificate you need to submit it to respective authority.
