Government Medical College, Thiruvananthapuram (Trivandrum) does not have a management quota. The admissions are purely based on the NEET-UG scores and are conducted through the All India Quota (AIQ) and the Kerala State Quota, both through the respective counseling processes. 

General Medicine course admission into Trivandrum Medical College :-

Eligibility: Must have passed the 12th standard with Biology, Chemistry, and Physics and cleared NEET.
Admission: Apply through Kerala State Medical Admission or All India Quota counseling based on your NEET rank.
Course Duration: The duration is 5.5 years, which includes 1 year of internship.
Postgraduate Option: After MBBS, you can do an MD in General Medicine by passing NEET PG.

Government Medical College Thiruvananthapuram Cutoff 2024 for admission to the NEET UG has been released for the third round. The Cutoff was released for different categories under the AI and the HS quota. The Cutoff for MBBS admission for the General AI category candidates closed at 4352 rank. Therefore, it is possible for candidate with the NEET UG rank of 4500 to get admission to the GMC Thiruvananthapuram. Government Medical College Thiruvananthapuram NEET UG Cutoff 2024 was released for Round 1. The cutoff was released for the General, OBC, SC, ST, PWD and EWS category candidates. To get admission in MBBS, the cutoff ranks for the General AI category candidates closed at 1715. For the OBC AI candidates, the cutoff rank to get MBBS admission closed at 2060.
