Some of the MS programs at McGill University require GRE scores. Do refer to the application checklist of your particular programme before applying. Your application checklist for graduate programs at McGill University consists of online application, application fee, transcripts, reference letters, TOEFL / IELTS score and standardized test scores, personal statement, etc.

No, the University of Southern California does not require a GRE or GMAT test, however the university has an acceptance rate reported for Fall 2022 of just 12%. There were a total of 69,062 freshman applicants at USC. The average unweighted GPA for entering freshman class reported is 3.82-4.00. Since USC is highly selective regarding admissions, students must have good scores.

Yes, some of the universities in the US accept GRE scores before giving admission to the students in the MS in Civil Engineering course. The minimum GRE score should be 299.

According to the Spring 2023 class profile for MS in Information Technology and Management at UTD, the average GRE test score was 310. In place of the GRE score, students can also submit a GMAT score the average score of the class of 2023 is 619.

Yes, a GRE score is required for admission to MS in CS course at the University of Texas at Dallas. A 308 GRE score (combined) is required – 153 for Verbal and 155 for Qualitative and 4 for the Analytical Writing components. Apart from the GRE score, the applicants must have the following:
- A bachelor’s degree (including 2 semesters of Calculus, 1 semester of Linear Algebra and a strong foundation in programming)
- A GPA of at least 3.0 for the last 60 semester credit hours (GPA in Quantitative courses should be at least 3.3)
- TOEFL IBT score of minimum 80

It is not necessary for all aspirants to take this test. Only candidates with a bachelor’s degree in an unrelated subject area other than the course-specific ones need to take the exam. This exam is conducted by ETS. GRE Test scores shall be available 10 to 15 days from the examination. Read more about the exam here.

No, the University of Wisconsin Madison graduate school doesn't require any GRE or GMAT standardised tests. However, it could be compulsory for certain courses depending on it’s admission requirements. Students are suggested to check the conditions thoroughly to avoid last-minute difficulties.

Yes, Indiana State University accepts GRE score for graduate courses. The requirement for GRE vary as per the course. Candidates who have qualified GRE need to send their GRE score directly from the testing centre. Besides, Indiana State University also accepts GMAT or PRAXIS score for graduate courses. Aspirants qualifying any of the accepted entrance exam have a great chance of getting admission in the PG course of the university.

Yes, Kent State University requires GRE for admission to MS in Data Science course. Apart from this, the applicants must meet all the other entry requirements and application requirements. This includes meeting the GPA requirement and submitting the required application documents.
