Yes, there are seats available for Pharma. D for students who have completed 12th Board Exams. You can write the NEET Entrance exams for joining the colleges providing Pharma. D, either you can apply for the course without NEET Exam results.

According to the current scenario when the board exams will be completed, then and only the entrance exam will be conducted.

AILET - All India Law Entrance Test. ISAT - Law School Admission Test. ISAT-India - Law School Admission Test (ISAT-India)
SLAT - Symbiosis Law Admission Test. BHU B.A. - BHU B.A. LL.B. Admission Test.
And if you didn't make it somehow then you have the option to take a drop or at last if you don't want to go for drop and haven't clear any competitive law based exam, then go for some of the prestigious private college.
