Yes, the Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya is also accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) with an 'A+' grade. The university gives many UG, PG and Diploma courses to the students and has many departments.

Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya is approved by the UGC, AICTE, and NCTE. The university is also an active member of the Association of Indian Universities and the Association of Commonwealth Universities. GGV is also ranked by various known ranking bodies.

On the basis of JEE Main scores, the institute has released the Round 1 seat allotment results. As per the data presented below, the Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya JEE Main cutoff 2025 for the General AI quota stood between 59677 and 85380. Wherein,  CSE was the most demanded course having the lowest ranks. The CSE closing rank as per the Round 1 seat allotment results is 59677 for General AI quota. There was no detailed information regarding the fee structure of the two universities, however based on the data available, Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya usually charges comparatively less for undergraduate and postgraduate courses as compared to Indira Gandhi National Tribal University. The fee structure of Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya ranges between INR 10,000 to 20,000 per annum on an average for most of the programs while Indira Gandhi National Tribal University has slightly higher range of fees going from INR 5,000 to 30,000 depending on the course.
