Yes, there are scholarships offered to GNDU RC Jalandhar BTech course students. Post Matric Scholarships (SC/OBC),  National Scholarships (PMS for minorities,  Merit-cum-means scholarship for professional & technical courses,  Central Sector Scheme of scholarships for college, etc., are few of the scholarships offered by the university.

Yes, there is seat reservation for the BTech course at GNDU RC Jalandhar as per seat policy of Punjab. Find below seat percentile offered to various category of students:

  • General 52%
  • Schedule Caste 20%
  • Backward Class 8%
  • Ex-Serviceman/Ex-Serviceman (Dependent) : 13%

For BTech admission at GNDU RC Jalandhar, it is mandatory to appear for the JEE Main entrance exam. In addition to this, candidates must have passed Class 12 with at least 50% aggregate.  Further, candidates must participate in the counselling round for the seat allotment procedure. After the selection process is completed, the University will release the merit list on its official website. All the candidates, whose name is on the merit-list, are required to appear for the counselling/ interview process for seat allocation and document verification process.

Guru Nanak Dev University BTech admission is inclusive of multiple steps. Candidates can begin the admission, by applying for the course on the official website of the university. For BTech admission at Guru Nanak Dev University, it is mandatory to appear for the JEE Main entrance exam. In addition to this, candidates must have passed Class 12 with at least 50% aggregate. Candidates are required to participate in the counselling before the Co-coordinator of the admission/interview panel/Board of Control of the department concerned on a date and time as given in the admission schedule.

Guru Nanak Dev University hasn't released any official dates for the BTech course as of now. However, the inquiry portal is open for admission 2025. As per previous years' admission dates, the online application began on 8 May 2024 and ended on 7 June 2024. Candidates can expect the BTech admission dates to be out soon. Further, candidates can refer to the JEE Main 2025 exam dates.

The course fees for four years BTech in GNDU RC Jalandhar range from INR 5.8 Lacs to INR 7.2 Lakh, which vary as per the specialisations offered under the course. Applicants are required to make the fee payment within two working days or as notified during counselling after the admission slip is issued, failing which their seats will be declared vacant and will be allotted to the candidates next on the waiting list.
