GNDU is a semi governmental institution. Guru Nanank Dev University is a government university under the Government of Punjab. Guru Nanak Dev University was established at Amritsar, Punjab, India on 24 November 1969 to commemorate Guru Nanak Dev's birth quincentenary celebrations. Guru Nanak Dev University campus is spread over 500 acres near village of Kot Khalsa, nearly 8 km west of the Amritsar, next to Khalsa College, Amritsar. Thank you.

As far as I have the general facts of the Jaypee institute of IIT in Delhi for CSE B.Tech I would suggest you to take admission here only because this college has a very good faculty and a very good syllabus for the students because that do not what give burden on the students and provide a very good exposure of studies.
