GNDU started accepting online applications for BSc admissions for the academic year 2025-26 through its official website on May 8, 2025. The application portal is expected to remain open till July. In 2024, the last date to apply for BSc admissions was July 11, 2024. The application deadline and counselling dates for the current academic year are yet to be notified. Candidates must frequently visit the university's official website for the latest updates.

Yes, the GNDU BSc fee includes a one-time fee payable at the time of admission. The amount of the aforementioned fee is INR 1300. Apart from this, the candidates must pay the BSc tuition fee at GNDU ranging between INR 26,700 & INR 4.2 lakh. The other components of the fee include hotel fees, security depost, mess fees, etc. Candidates must note that the mentioned amount of fees have been sourced from the official website of the university/sanctioning body. Admission to BBA at GNDU, Amritsar is not done based on any entrance exam. To be eligible for BBA at GNDU, the candidate must have at least 50% marks in class 12th in any stream from any of the following boards: CBSE, ISC, PSEB, BSEB, and Maharashtra HSC.

No, you do not have to take any entrance exam to pursue an MA from GNDU. The university does not conduct any entrance exam for MA courses and also the university does not require candidate to pass any entrance exam to get admission to the university.
The admission is based on merit only. The minimum eligibility for admission to the MA course is graduation in the relevant stream with a minimum of 50% from a recognised university. The high your score is, the more chances will increase to get a seat.

The GNDU M.A in Psychology programme is a two-year postgeraduate program. In order to be accepted into the GNDU M.A in Psychology program, candidates must graduate with a 50% marks.
