In the context of B.Tech, placements are sluggish, although you get time to prepare for other competitive exams, that might be considered as an upper hand but again you have to rely on yourself solely for the same as there is no backing from the faculties and staff. However, the fee is relatively less as compared to other government institutes. It's around 70K (tuition fee)+12K(hostel)+4K(bus service) per annum, mess fee is 3000/month. Lastly, I would suggest, opt for this college when no other option exists.

As per your college choices, it will be better for you to move forward with CSE at Sant Longowal because colleges in Kolkata are not very much known for their exposure and placements, so opt for Longowal for better exposure and placements.
