The NCHMCT JEE tests are a major criteria for B.Sc admission
 
Fee structure for B.Sc program:
The fees for a B.Sc programme at the Institute of Hotel Management (IHM) Kolkata is up to INR 3 lacs. The first year fees are INR 98,800. 
 
The admission fee is INR 1,600, the examination fee is INR 3,000, the caution fee is INR 8,000, and the institution fee is INR 3,000.

The Institute of Hotel Management (IHM) Kolkata has 323 seats for the BSc course. The BSc in Hospitality and Hotel Administration programme has 380 seats. 
 
Admission to IHMs is based on performance in the NCHMCT JEE exam. In 2020, more than 12,000 seats were available for admission in BSc in Hospitality.

Yes, IHM Gangtok - Institute of Hotel Management is considered a good college for hotel management studies. Almost 95% of students got placed because the coordinator is very supportive. The highest salary package offered was 4.5 LPA. The lowest salary package offered was 2 LPA. Management trainees in retail stores are the top roles offered.
