The Institute of Hotel Management, Catering & Nutrition (IHM Delhi) is generally considered to be one of the best hotel management institutes in India, if not the best. It is ranked #1 in India by the National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology (NCHMCT) and is also ranked among the top 50 hospitality schools in the world by QS World University Rankings.

Yes, IHM Gangtok - Institute of Hotel Management is considered a good college for hotel management studies. It is a government-run institute that offers Diploma and undergraduate degree programs in hotel management, food production, bakery and confectionery, and much more. Institute of Hotel Management (IHM Ahmedabad) was established as Food Craft Institute Ahmedabad in 1972. Later in 1984, it was upgraded as the Institute of Hotel Management Ahmedabad by the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India.

Almost 95% of students got placed because the coordinator is very supportive. The highest salary package offered was 4.5 LPA. The lowest salary package offered was 2 LPA. Management trainees in retail stores are the top roles offered.
