The registration for the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) 2024 commenced on February 27, 2024, following the release of the CUET 2024 notification by NTA. Prospective candidates were required to complete the online application process at the official website to be eligible for the CUET 2024 exam. The registration period concluded on April 5, 2024, and no extensions were granted beyond this date.

The online registrations and application submissions for CUET 2024 commenced on April 5, 2024. After the application process was completed, NTA provided a correction window for CUET 2024 applications. However, as the application window has now closed, candidates who are interested in enrolling in the BSc programme at HIMT College can consider applying for the next academic year.

The results for CUET 2024 are expected to be announced by June 30, 2024 (Tentative). The NTA will release scorecards, while the CUET 2024 results and merit lists will be declared separately by the participating institutes. Candidates interested in pursuing admission to the BSc course at HIMT College must successfully clear the CUET entrance exam and meet the academic requirements.

To get admission to the BSc course at HIMT college, candidates must pass the CUET entrance exam. The CUET exam will take place in hybrid mode from May 15 to May 24, 2024, with three slots available each day. The HIMT Group of Institutions offers BSc scholarships, including special scholarships for high-achieving students based on their exam results. Female students are also eligible for scholarships under the Beti Padhao, Beti Bachao scheme. The college provides tuition fee waivers, and each student can receive only one scholarship. Former students are eligible for an extra 10% scholarship.

The HIMT College offers a BSc programme with a specialisation in Biotechnology. The college is affiliated with CCS University and the programme is a full-time, three-year course. In addition to the core programme, the college provides a variety of add-on courses and hands-on project work, allowing students to gain valuable experience in a stimulating academic environment.

The allocation of BSc seats at HIMT Group of Institutions is determined by seat availability and the candidate's reserved category (General, OBC, SC/ST, etc.). The institution has 120 seats available for the BSc (Biotech) programme. Factors considered for seat intake include rank, seat availability, reservation policy, and cutoff marks.
