Harvard Education School receives thousands of applications every year from across the globe, however based on its acceptance rate of around 3.4%, it can be inferred that securing admission to the institute is not easy, & students must excel in both book-level education & other real-life activities to have a chance of securing admission at HGSE.

You have to be an extraordinary wiz I must say to obtain full scholarship. In addition scholarships in these universities are mostly need based that is based on your financial situation.
