Yes, it is possible to pursue a Sanitary Health Inspector course along with a Diploma in Electrical Engineering, as the two courses are completely unrelated. However, whether specific institutions allow this is entirely dependent upon their rules and regulations. The SHI course normally concentrates on various health and sanitation matters and responsibilities therein, which don't get into issues with the electrical engineering aspect.
