The number of total recruiters were 47, and the total offers were 104. The top recruiting sector has been counselling and Insurance with popular recruiters being EY, Manipal Hospitals, and TATA AIG. However, the placement rate has been 100% in both 2022 and 2023.

The 2023 placement data is yet to be released. Earlier, the institute successfully concluded the placement drive 2022 for MBA with a 100% placement rate. A total of 30 recruiters participated and offered 111 job offers. The the highest package offered to MBA students was INR 12.50 LPA and the SIHS Pune average package stood at INR 5.50 LPA.
