Yes, HKBK College of Engineering does provide a refund in case of withdrawal of admission. However, the refund is subject to the fulfilment of certain conditions. The below table showcases the guidelines to be followed as per the fee refund policy of the college:

The HKBK College of Engineering tuition fee for BSc courses is INR 2.5 lakh for a course duration of three years. This fee has been sourced from the official website of the university. However, it is still subject to changes. Hence, it is indicative. Other than this, students are required to pay INR 15,000 as ‘Other’ fees. Students who wish to live in on-campus hostels may have to pay extra.

On a per-share basis, the hostel fees (which include the mess fees) is Rs. 50,000 per year, and the caution deposit is Rs.
The first Rs.25,000 is due in the odd semester, while the remaining Rs.25,000 is due in the even semester.
