At HKBK College of Engineering, the cutoff for an MBA is 50% overall in a comparable Bachelor's program.Students seeking admission under the Management quota must get at least 60% in their UG coursework.
 
Other eligibility criteria include: 
  • Graduation in any stream
  • A Bachelor's Degree from a recognised University
  • Clearing JEE/KCET or any similar/higher engineering entrance examinations
  • A minimum of 45% marks when Physics, Mathematics and any one of the optional subjects are combined
  • Qualifying examination: PGCET Karnataka
For students from Karnataka belonging to SC/ST and Category – I, the aggregate shall not be less than 45%

HKBK College of Engineering in Bangalore, India accepts the following entrance exam scores for admission to its B.Tech program: 
  • KCET: Karnataka College Entrance Test
  • COMEDK
  • JEE Main
  • KMAT
  • CAT
  • MAT
  • GMAT
  • XAT

Foreign nationals, PIO card holders, OCI (Dual Citizens), NRIs, can apply to this college under the category of International students. PIO and OCI cardholders will only be considered equal to NRI students as far as education is concerned.
