HNLU Raipur offers a full-time BA LLB (Hons) as a UG-level course that candidates can pursue after completing Class 12. The BA LLB (Hons) programme is an integrated course of five years. The university has an intake of 180 students for the BA LLB (Hons) programme. Admission to the porgramme is based on the applicant's rank in CLAT. Students who meet the preset eligibility criteria and clear the CLAT cut-off for HNLU BA LLB admission are allotted seats through CLAT counselling.

Hidayatullah National Law University offers three courses in Law, including an integrated BA LLB (Hons) programme, LLM, and PhD. The mode of application at HNLU is online. Admission to these courses at the university is entrance exam-based, i.e, CLAT. The candidates who qualify for the UGC-NET (Including JRF) UGC-CSIR NET (Including JRF) / GATE / GPAT with a valid score in terms of cut-off marks and duration, shall be exempted from appearing in the entrance test and deemed to be qualified for personal interview for PhD course.
