Well as you have not mentioned any specific programme, but I assume that based on your last qualification you wanted to pursue for Bachelor arts programme. You can apply for the visa for the other countries but solely on class 12th basis. It is really tough to get a decent job, because some higher degree must be there to secure a job. I suggest doing any Bachelor level course related to home Science then apply for jobs in foreign. Good luck.

The basic eligibility for pursuing a B.Sc. in Home Science course is qualifying 10+2 or equivalent examination.

Most colleges prefer science stream - Physics, Chemistry and Biology as core subjects studied at 10+2 level.
