Hospitality is such a versatile course and career field. There are so many opportunities opening up every day in multiple areas of the course and adjacent to it. It's a good way to experience global exposure and fast career growth. But students should also consider the opposite end of the spectrum, jobs are fast paced, the working hours are not fixed especially in the event management sector and critical thinkers and problem solvers thrive in this business better. So, ultimately using the term good depends entirely on the preference of the student.

SPPU (Savitribai Phule Pune University) can be considered to be the best option for choosing tourism and hospitality management courses in Pune. It affiliates a majority of the top private colleges that offer MBA, BBA, and BSc degrees on the same. The fees are regularised and do not exceed more than INR 2.5 Lacs for the entire tuition fee.

In Pune, you can check the BSc in Hospitality Studies course from Camp Education Society's Dr. Arvind B. Telang Institute of Hotel Management. The total tuition fee is INR 60,000.

LPU has this pretty solid placement ecosystem for MBA students, with recruiters coming in from various sectors like banking, FMCG, consulting, IT, e-commerce, and financial services ,and they do visit the campus. In some recent placement seasons, the highest MBA package went up to INR 49.4 LPA, and the top 10% of MBA students had an average package of INR 13.6 LPA. Now between Marketing and Tourism & Hospitality ,I'd nudge you toward Marketing if you want wider career mobility, because it basically opens a few or rather doors across nearly every field, including FMCG , retail , digital marketing, banking, and consulting.
