The eligibility to pursue a course in visual art is pass in 10+2 from any stream with minimum 50% marks.

If you mean undergraduate degree in hotel management, then you may pursue this course provided you have english as one your subject in class 12th.
Please remember in order to pursue this course you need to be 12th pass from any stream with English as one of the subjects, plus you need to take entrance test conducted by various institutes.
